Returns & Refund Policy

TNAIRSHOES offers a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after this period.

Once your returned item(s) have been received at our warehouse, please allow 5–10 business days for assessment and processing. After your return has been approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

In-Store Returns
For items returned in-store, refunds will be issued to the original card used for the purchase. To complete your return, you will be required to present:

• Your online tax invoice, and

• The original payment card used for the transaction

Our in-store staff will assist you with the return process. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
